The senior level sales executive will focus on new business development in the Retail Industry. The executive will be US-based, preferably Mid-West to West Coast.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Focus on new business development in the Retail Industry for a fast growth software solutions company.
Responsible for:
- Managing a large pipeline of opportunities
- Building pipeline of opportunities through cold calling, hunting
- Building relationships with strategic partner sales teams
- Selling Enterprise solutions for Software & Professional Services
- PLM, Sourcing, PO Management, Design, Logistics, Finance
- Willing to Travel 30%
- Represent TradeStone Software in a Professional manner utilizing all standard presentation materials, pricing models, and messaging from corporate.
- Managing and updating SalesForce.com on a weekly basis for all prospects/suspects
- Creating Account Plans
- Attending the Weekly Strategy Call prepared to review opportunities, strategy
- Managing the Sales Cycle with proper forms filled out including:
- meeting notes/updates sent to all parties
- setting up dry run sessions for all major demonstrations and meetings
- identifying the critical next steps and setting the strategy for the account
- educating all members of TradeStone support team prior to any meetings, calls or demonstrations
- Working with Existing clients assigned by management to grow account for new software license business
- Building relationships in the field with our recognized partners for consulting, re-selling
- Attending Industry Events and Meetings as outlined by TradeStone Marketing and Management
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years of Enterprise Sales Experience (prefer 10)
- Retail Industry Knowledge, Understanding of Private Label and Brand Development
- Own Executive Level Contacts
- Proven ability to close business and meet Quota Objectives
- Understanding of Complex Sales Processes
- Experience in: Retail Process Flows; PLM, Sourcing, Merchandising solution sales

Position Description:

As a Technical Support Engineer you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to TradeStone's Merchandise Lifecycle Management (MLM) software suite and to work with leading retailers. As part of the support services team you will work under the guidance our senior engineers. Your professional growth within TradeStone will be based on your drive to learn and attention to detail.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- Participate in TradeStone's on-boarding and training programs. Apply and demonstrate comprehensive understanding of MLM product functionality
- Perform analysis of customer reported issues related to User Interface, Database or Application Server and work in conjunction with engineering team
- Utilize technical education and tools to configure the product. Participate in system test activities.
- Update and maintain support documentation in timely manner. Develop positive working relationships with internal team members and customers. Deliver and present assigned work-products to client and internal audiences.
- Establish oneself as a primary point of contact for the client. Identify and escalate issues within the TradeStone reporting structure.
- Work with TradeStone design, development and quality assurance teams to ensure the customer's software solution needs are met
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, or any discipline of Engineering
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong and demonstrated analytical skills.
- Minimally, possess academic experience with technologies such as SQL, understanding databases, and introductory understanding of a programming language (like JAVA).
- Availability to travel <20% to client sites

Position Description
The implementation consultant will partner with TradeStone customer's key business users and IT organizations to design and implement value-added business solutions.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide TradeStone expertise to customers and implementation partners
- Provide best-practice input in the definition of customer's "to-be" business processes
- Prepare for and conduct conference room pilots for customers demonstrating the capabilities of the TradeStone Merchandise Lifecycle Management suite
- Configure the MLM application to support the customer's business processes
- Work closely with customer and implementation partner team members in the definition and execution of test scripts
- Monitor project progress relative to assigned tasks and communicate progress regularly to TradeStone or implementation partner project manager
- Work with TradeStone design, development and quality assurance teams to ensure the customer's software solution needs are met
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to travel at all times
- 3-5 years implementation experience within the supply chain arena
- Systems integration experience
- Strong and demonstrated analytical skills
- Aptitude writing structured query language (SQL)
- Familiarity with some or all of these technologies a plus: Java, XML, J2EE, DB2, Oracle, WebSphere
- Retail/consumer products experience (business or information technology) a plus
- Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree

Position Description
- Analyze, plan, develop, document and manage computer programs and systems, applying knowledge of programming techniques, Retail Industry Best Practices, computer systems.
- Evaluate customer requests for new or modified programs, systems and determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current systems, Retail Industry best practices and computer capabilities.
- Will consult with the head of customer IT departments to identify operating procedures and clarify the project objectives.
- Will formulate a plan outlining the steps required to develop the application or system, using structured analysis and design, and submit those plans to the customer head of IT management teams for review and approval.
- Will prepare flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate the sequence of steps the program must follow and to describe the logical operations involved.
- Will convert the project specifications into a sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps for coding into computer programming languages, applying knowledge of programming techniques and various computer languages and will utilize skill sets such as Java, C, C++, PL/SQL, Java Script, ILOG, Oracle Development Tools, SQL, and Relational Database Management Systems (such as Oracle), Production Support, Unix scripting, Java, Pro*C and SQL.
- Will be responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with Customer IT management teams to provide guidance on Industry trends, and to guide them on Retail Industry's best practices.
- Will write documentation to describe business process, the program development, logic, coding and corrections, and will prepare manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
