• Consulting experience highly desirable, particularly in sourcing applications development

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years direct software sales experience
• Strong retail and/or CPG experience, preferably selling retail solutions with i2, Evant, JDA, Retek, SAP, Oracle, NGC, etc.
• Direct software sales experience, including consultative selling to the C-suite
• College degree, professional training or comparable experience

• Involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle

Position Description: The Implementation Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a project that meets identified criteria for scope, cost, time and quality.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:  

• As a key member of the professional services team, the implementation manager has responsibility from the conceptualization of the project until the final deliverable has been received and accepted by the customer

• Provide TradeStone with expertise to customers and implementation partners
• Configure the Merchandise Lifecycle Management application to support the customer's business processes
• Participate in regular project meetings
• Interface with users at all levels of the organization to make recommendations that ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Pay close attention to project team needs, anticipate problems and recommend innovative solutions
• Define assumptions and requirements, project scoping and manage customer relations

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of implementation experience within the supply chain arena
• Retail/consumer products experience (business or information technology) a plus

Position Description: The implementation consultant will partner with TradeStone customer's key business users and IT organizations to design and implement value-added business solutions.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provide TradeStone expertise to customers and implementation partners
• Provide best-practice input in the definition of customer's "to-be" business processes
• Prepare for and conduct conference room pilots for customers demonstrating the capabilities of the TradeStone Merchandise Lifecycle Management suite
• Configure the MLM application to support the customer's business processes
• Work closely with customer and implementation partner team members in the definition and execution of test scripts
• Monitor project progress relative to assigned tasks and communicate progress regularly to TradeStone or implementation partner project manager
• Work with TradeStone design, development and quality assurance teams to ensure the customer's software solution needs are met
