Experienced Customer Training
Being a customer-focused company means more than just selling software. TradeStone recognizes that a successful implementation is dependent upon the effective transfer of knowledge and expertise to our customers. To that end, our Professional Services Organization provides extensive training for our TradeStone solutions, both on-site and in our Gloucester, MA headquarters.

Our standard programs provide training for both direct users of the software, as well as system administrators. The program not only covers the technical features and functionality of our software, but also provides practical insight and real-life case studies illustrating how our customers have leveraged the software to maximize its potential return on investment.

  • Pre-CRP Application Overview - Training centers around system familiarization including terminology, navigation, and key functionality focused on the end-to-end process flows. The training enables stakeholders to be highly productive during CRP sessions.
  • Solution Orientation - This three-day training delivers detailed module functionality based on future-state processes and end-user roles. These sessions are supplemented with hands-on exercises and examples of best usage cases.
  • System Administration and Management - This three-day training focuses on configuration, such as layout design, building User IDs and roles, dashboard menu set-up, business process menus and support tables.

TradeStone's training programs, delivered by our Professional Services Organization, provide a dynamic opportunity for customers across all retail disciplines to share best practices and discover the robust functionality of the TradeStone Merchandise Lifecycle Management suite.

Our analytical and process modeling competency combined with enterprise application experience and broad consulting backgrounds create a dynamic and comprehensive classroom. As students successfully master the navigation and functionality within the TradeStone MLM suite, we dig deeper into specific company process flows and begin to uncover new approaches and solutions that can be transferred directly from the classroom to specific company operations.
