Sue Welch, Chief Executive Officer
Sue Welch, founder and CEO of TradeStone Software, is an established leader in the global sourcing and world trade industry. For 20 years Welch has been at the forefront of global trade, developing technology that enables collaboration between global commerce communities.

Prior to founding TradeStone, Welch started two other companies. IMC was the first to automate the import operations of global organizations. After IMC, Welch founded RockPort Trade Systems – whose RockBlocks software became the number one global sourcing solution in the world. Rockport Trade Systems was acquired by QRS in 2000 and many of Rockport’s customers are now users of TradeStone’s Merchandise Lifecycle Management suite.

In addition to leading TradeStone, Welch is a frequent speaker on global trade automation and has addressed numerous organizations including a full delegation of the World Trade Organization, the Bankers Association for Finance and Trade, the ICC and the National Retail Federation. She has been celebrated for her innovation in the industry by such publications as Fortune and World Trade Magazine, in which she was named as one of the 50 most influential executives.

Brian Marsden, President
As President, Brian Marsden oversees TradeStone's global sales and marketing team. His vast knowledge in international supply chains and global commerce communities are key to guiding TradeStone's growth in the global retail market.

Prior to joining TradeStone, Marsdent was CEO of Wesupply.com, a UK headquartered, On Demand (SaaS) supply chain management company. Under his leadership, Wesupply's customer base grew to more than 350 international companies, supporting more than 50,000 global trading relationships that operated throughout Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America. In addition to setting the company's vision, Marsden helped deliver innovative new approaches to business-to-business communication, sales, collaboration and community management in the SaaS sector. This is the second time Marsden and CEO Sue Welch have teamed up, having worked together previously at Rockport Trade Systems.

Ann Diamante, Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer
As Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer, Ann Diamante oversees TradeStone's MLM suite of products. She is also part of the executive team involved in the development of the company's international finance reconciliation software.

Prior to joining TradeStone, Diamante directed the worldwide development and services teams at RockPort Trade Systems and QRS Corp, where she was responsible for the development and deployment of the dominant sourcing and supply application used by Fortune 500 companies. Diamante has an extensive background in the retail industry, having held diverse executive positions in retail merchandising, private label development and operations for some of the largest retailers in the U.S.

Kamal Anand, Chief Technology Officer
Kamal Anand, chief technology officer, leads the company's product development and technology strategy. Anand plays an instrumental role in ensuring TradeStone builds quality products that are differentiated and aligned with market opportunities.

Prior to joining TradeStone, Anand was the director of new products at QRS Corporation. At QRS, he was responsible for the development of the QRS sourcing applications used by some of the world’s leading retailers to manage their complex global supply chain. Anand has extensive experience in software development with a primary focus on enterprise systems related to supply chain and global sourcing. His areas of expertise include software development methodologies, object-oriented design, Web services and Internet technologies, distributed processing and relational database systems.

Anand graduated with a M.S. from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Technology from the Institute of Technology BHU, Varanasi, India.

Dimitry Erez, Senior Vice President of Sales, The Americas
As Senior Vice President of Sales for The Americas, Erez will manage TradeStone's sales and pre-sales divisions, cultivate new leads and work closely with new marketing initiatives to respond to increased demand from retailers for TradeStone's Merchandise Lifecycle Management solutions.  He brings to TradeStone an extensive background in business planning and strategy in retail, with a focus on supply chain management, global sourcing and product lifecycle management technologies.

Erez comes to TradeStone from Strategic Partners Group, a management consulting firm he founded that focuses on supply chain strategies, information systems and business operations. There he advised multi-billion dollar fashion design, development and distribution companies in supply chain design, business improvement and change management. In his prior career at KSA, CFT Consulting and Strategic Partners Group, he directed multi-million dollar systems integrations projects and teams of more than 100 consultants and client personnel. His pervasive experience in footwear and apparel, consumer products, discrete manufacturing and retail include work with industry giants like adidas America, Avon Products, Donna Karan, The Gap, Liz Claiborne and Nordstrom among others.

Mr. Erez holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University as well as an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management .

Keith Taylor, Senior Vice President of EMEA and Global Alliances
Keith Taylor, senior vice president of EMEA for TradeStone, oversees sales and operations for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa, as well as manages TradeStone’s alliance partnerships worldwide.

Prior to joining TradeStone, Taylor served as vice president of sales at the Information Management Group, where he delivered a fourfold increase in client acquisition rates and played a key role in the successful establishment of a software division. Before that, he was European sales director for QRS where he delivered some of the largest application contracts at the company.

Chirag Patel, Senior Vice President of Professional Services
In his role as senior vice president of professional services, Chirag Patel directs TradeStone's professional services organization to meet the needs of a rapidly growing international customer base. Patel also focuses on working with TradeStone’s integration partners to ensure that clients receive world-class software implementation solutions.

He brings more than 10 years of supply chain industry leadership to TradeStone. Most recently, Patel led Manhattan Associates' (Evant) Advanced Planning and Replenishment Solutions consulting practice. At Manhattan Associates, Patel managed significant retail system implementations for companies like Cabela's, Foot Locker and NAPA. Additionally, he guided various strategic services projects for Fortune 100 distribution companies McKesson and Amerisource Bergen.

Patel earned a B.S. in chemical engineering from University of Kentucky and an M.B.A from Georgia State University.

Jack Zakarian, Vice President of Research
As the vice president of research, Jack Zakarian provides TradeStone with analysis and recommendations for technical, operational and financial issues to help grow the business.

Prior to joining TradeStone, Zakarian was the CTO and co-founder with Sue Welch of RockPort Trade Systems. He has extensive experience in computer technology with a primary focus on supply chain and global sourcing technologies. Zakarian has been the system architect for numerous Fortune 500 companies, SME's and application service providers.

His areas of expertise include Web applications, client/server, distributed processing and relational database systems. He graduated with a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the State University of New York (SUNY).
