TradeStone technology Platform

TradeStone's Merchandise Lifecycle Management platform layers over existing legacy and enterprise systems like Oracle Retail, SAP, and JDA, etc. This enables one unified view and infrastructure that supports the design to delivery of private label and globally branded merchandise. Our customers are able to leverage their existing investments while adding important functionality or, as many of our customers choose to do, use TradeStone MLM as their merchandising system of record.

Our leadership role in industry standards organizations such as ARTS (Association for Retail Technology Standards, where we co-founded and co-chair the PLM for Retail Standards Committee) underscores the TradeStone commitment to retail-focused, standards-based architecture, tools, and interfaces. This assures our customers of a straightforward, high performance, sustainable integration to the rest of their operational systems, one which minimizes TCO.

TradeStone’s solutions are designed using SOA (services oriented architecture) and is IBM SOA certified. Messaging integration is achieved through WebSphere MQ or JMS (java messaging service). We also utilize third party translation tools that the customer may employ such as TIBCO, WebMethods or Informatica.

TradeStone also maintains preconfigured XML/XSD definitions including:
